National Institute of Materials and Chemical Research have carried out the joint research on analytical techniqu with laboratories of local autonomies since 1957. In 1996 a project to innovate it to interlaboratory comparisons was started. In the 40th joint research (1997) 48 laboratories participated to analytical comparisons with common samples of a block of aluminum bronze and the Cd-Ni-Pb mixed solution. This paper reports statistical results of analytical data of the mixed solution and discusses recommendation for innovation. Three data of CdCnine of Ni and four of Pb were rejected among 105 data from 48 laboratories. Total relative standard deviation(%) were 3. 6, 1. 9 and 2. 1 for Cd, Ni and Pb respectively. Repeatability, reproducibility with in a same laboratory and reproducibility between laboratories in standard deviation for Cd were 0.024, 0.028 and 0.078mg/L, for Ni 0. 037C0. 039 and 0.074mg/L and for Pb 0.128, 0.170 and 0.306mg/L respectively. Using these values permissibltolerances (95%) were calculated. |
